New federal and provincial funding is enabling key program enhancements: Please take a look at the new federal and provincial funding. This enables key program enhancements
- expanding program eligibility to add middle-income households;
- providing rebates for 100% of the cost of a new heat pump, up to a cap that varies by the type of heat pump (central, multi-split or mini-split).
- increasing the maximum rebate amount for heat pumps from $9,500 to $16,000.
- increasing the maximum rebate amount for electrical service upgrades needed to install a heat pump from $3,500 to $5,000.
Similar to the previous program, the new program is income-tested and
maximum rebate amounts for heat pump installations vary with household

Canada Greener Homes Loan
- Up to $40,000 (minimum: $5,000)
- Repayment term: 10 years, interest-free
- Loan type: Unsecured personal loan on approved credit
SAVE UP TO $10,000 WITH THE FORTISBC DUAL FUEL HEATING SYSTEM REBATE
The FortisBC dual fuel heating system rebate helps offset the cost of installing a new electric heat pump with a new high-efficiency gas furnace. When you install a qualifying dual fuel system you'll have access to a reliable and efficient heating system to keep your home warm and comfortable, even on the coldest days -while also benefitting from cooling on hot days, and a system that is 100+ per cent efficient. This helps homes get some money back for homes in Canada

The CleanBC Better Homes Energy Savings Program is offering a rebate up to $3,500 for upgrading your water heater to a heat pump water heater.
